Crow Wing County announces that an Environmental Assessment Worksheet has been prepared for a proposed golf course expansion and residential development at Cragun’s Resort in East Gull Lake and the First Assessment District.

Cragun’s Resort proposes to construct a residential development, expand the Legacy Golf Courses by adding nine golf holes and recondition the existing golf course. The project includes 66 single residential housing lots integrated into the course expansion using a conservation design approach.

The worksheet contains 20 questions focusing on the project’s environmental setting, the potential for environmental harm and plans to reduce the harm.
