The city of Fifty Lakes will host an open house from 4:30-6:30 p.m. Thursday, May 5, at city hall to review the draft updated land use map.
The purpose of the open house is to review the draft land use map that has been updated to reflect proposed amendments to the land use ordinance. Various land use districts are proposed to be removed while others are being added.
With the proposed changes, many properties in the city will be reclassified.
This meeting is being held to provide information to property owners regarding the proposed changes. No formal decisions will be made at the community open house.
