The Minnesota Public Utilities Commission (PUC) has announced an open public comment period for discussion of the Enbridge Energy, Limited Partnership Line 3 pipeline replacement project certificate of need and routing permit following the proposed Sandpiper pipeline route.
The initial comment period closes May 12, with a reply comment period completing May 19.
The PUC docket numbers for the certificate of need and routing permit are PL-9/CN-14-916 and PL-9/PPL-15-137, respectively. Details and instructions for comment can be found at mn.gov/puc under "Speak Up!".
