Second-grade classes from Eagle View Elementary School toured the Pequot Lakes Area Historical Society museum Thursday, May 23.

The tour was conducted by museum board members who answered enthusiastic questions from the students and did their best to explain the quaint practices of people living in the 1930s. The telephone switchboard and the schoolroom received favorable notices, as did the huge, old movie projectors from the Lakes Theater.

Teachers, students and the historical society look forward to making this an annual event.
