The Crosslake mayor and city council candidate forum is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 23, at Crosslake Community School.

Meet the candidates, learn more about their positions on important local issues to help make an informed choice at the polls Nov. 6.

Invited to participate are Crosslake mayoral candidates Patty Norgaard and David Nevin, and Crosslake City Council candidates John Andrews, Aaron Herzog, R Clay Porter and Dave Schrupp.

Wayne Holtmeyer, a member of the League of Women Voters, will moderate the forum. Attendees will also have an opportunity to submit written questions in this interactive forum. Attendance is free and open to the public.

This event is presented by the Brainerd Lakes Chamber of Commerce, Brainerd Dispatch, Rosenmeier Center for State & Local Government, and League of Women Voters.
