CRMC's Longville Clinic accredited by COLA

Cuyuna Regional Medical Center's (CRMC) Longville Clinic Laboratory was recently accredited by the Commission on Office Laboratory Accreditation (COLA) for two years following an onsite review of the facility's quality testing.

Cuyuna Regional Medical Center's (CRMC) Longville Clinic Laboratory was recently accredited by the Commission on Office Laboratory Accreditation (COLA) for two years following an onsite review of the facility's quality testing.

The laboratory standards maintained demonstrates CRMC's commitment to quality. The emphasis on quality leads to reliable test results, which are essential in assuring excellence in patient care.

CRMC's laboratory staff was also complimented for its dedication and continued support of COLA standards.

COLA's mission is to accredit physician office laboratories and offer programs for the accreditation of small hospital laboratories and conduct site reviews of physician offices for managed care plans.

The organization accredits almost 8,000 medical laboratories and provides the clinical laboratory with a program of education, consultation and accreditation.
