The Christmas for Vets organization is planning its annual wreath remembrance for all veterans in local cemeteries.
The organization is asking for volunteers to help place stakes in the two cemeteries in Pequot Lakes at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 13. Volunteers will meet in the parking lot of Our Savior's Lutheran Church. Stakes must be placed before the ground freezes.
The wreaths will be placed on the gravesites Saturday, Dec. 8.
