Robert Hill was given a certificate of appreciation in honor of his time as Chickamaw Beach treasurer at the Tuesday, Feb. 16, city council meeting, according to an email summary of the meeting from LeAnn Sand.
The new treasurer is Kevin Furst, whom some might know as the technology coordinator for the Pine River-Backus School District. Furst also designed a new web page for the city of Chickamaw Beach, found at https://cityofchickamawbeach.org/.
