Cass County 4-H Ambassadors present Backus American Legion Commander Eugene Gagnon with a certificate of appreciation for the post's support of 4-H activities. Ambassadors, from left, are Katie Hanson, Ashley Foster, Hailey Swenson and Veronica Hulke. The Legion and its Auxiliary provide the post's kitchen free of charge for 4-H fundraising dinners and are among a large group of area organizations, businesses and individuals raising funds to help county 4-Hers with the expense of exhibiting their projects at the state fair.
