Carlson Hardware will host a household electronics recycling day

Carlson Hardware will host a household electronics recycling day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 21, with proceeds being donated to Nisswa Elementary School.

Carlson Hardware will host a household electronics recycling day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 21, with proceeds being donated to Nisswa Elementary School.

Anyone who has items to recycle but who cannot get them to Carlson Hardware on Saturday can call the PTO at 218-851-5977 and someone will pick up the items.

Anything with a cord will be accepted, including electronics for 50 cents per pound; TVs, $15 each; and light bulbs for a small fee. Paint and holiday lights will be accepted for free.

No appliances will be taken.
