Cora Borman, 14, the daughter of Cory and Pam Borman of Backus, will compete at the National Junior High Finals Rodeo on June 21-28 in Des Moines, Iowa.
At the Minnesota Junior High State Finals on May 30-31, Borman was named State Champion All-Around Cowgirl and Girls Breakaway Roper. She also earned Reserve State Champion titles as Team Roper, Ribbon Roper and Goat Tying, and qualified nationally for pole bending.
