Pequot Lakes church holds promised ice cream social

Grace United Methodist Church in Pequot Lakes hosted Our Savior's Lutheran Church for a promised ice cream social Saturday, June 26.

The Lutherans won the food shelf challenge for the Lakes Area Food Shelf in the spring. Grace promised the event when weather permitted outside activities.

Members of the food shelf board scooped the ice cream. Sundaes with a variety of toppings were served.
