Crosslake Christian Assembly of God Church will host Good Friday and Easter Sunday services with musicians.
A Good Friday evening of contemporary worship led by a youth worship band will take place at 7 p.m. Friday, April 19. Band members include Anna Espeseth, Emily Espeseth, Dylan Wahoske along with Pastor Gary Espeseth. Worship songs from Hillsong Worship and Bethel Music will highlight the evening.
At 10:30 a.m. Easter Sunday, April 21, the Bemidji State Trombone Quartet will perform. Members include Levi Espeseth (Pequot Lakes), Tim Roehrich (Brainerd), Tristin Hellen (Verndale) and Noah Harstad (Fertile), who will perform a combination of classical music and traditional hymns. Paul Murray (Minot, North Dakota) on the trombone and Cassidy Trott (Brainerd), students at the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, will join the quartet.
An Easter Sunday breakfast will be served at 9:45 a.m., and the Easter service will be at 10:45 a.m. with a message by Pastor Espeseth and children's church, as well as activities by Youth & Children's Pastor Austin Krieger.
