The Backus Church of the Nazarene is adding on to the back of the church and invites community members to attend a groundbreaking ceremony Sunday, April 11.
The church has had a vision to create a place for families to come and hold weddings, family gatherings, business parties or even a place for a local sports team to gather.
To celebrate this event, the weekly worship service will start at 10 a.m. followed directly by the groundbreaking at 11 a.m. and then a potluck.
