Tea at the Station
Tea at the Station, a Petticoat Junction Function, will be from 2-4 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 7, at the Historic Pine River Depot with the theme "All Dolled Up." The event will include a three-course high tea, vintage doll displays and centerpieces, and a program entitled, "Oh, You Beautiful Doll" presented by Pine River doll collector Kathy Perkins.
Hats and gloves are welcomed and gifts are given each year for Best Vintage Attire and Best Use of Theme (dolls).
Raffle tickets are $1 and can be obtained at the Pine River Information Center.
Country school reunion

The annual country school reunion will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 9, at Pleasant Hill Community Church on County Highway 1, southwest of Pequot Lakes or south of Pine River.
