Pine River-Backus has announced its cast for the fall musical.
The cast for "The Best Christmas Pageant Ever: The Musical " includes:

- Bob: Cody Deplazes
- Grace: Olivia Anderson
- Beth: Kyla Wattenhofer

- Helen: Trinity Osman
- Reverend Hopkins: Miles DeSanto
- Alice/Luanne: Katelyn Denton
- Ivy/Betty: Mara Adams
- Teddy: Skyler Rugroden
- Elma: Keylah Kendrick
This production is directed and costumed by Jen Anderson. Kate Davis is Vocal Director and Ben Kinser will conduct the PIT Orchestra. Student Director is Tiara Crannell. Choreographer is Teresa Hamp. Lighting and sound designers are Brent Passarella and Mike Shetka.
Performances will be held at Pine River-Backus High School November 12 and 13 and 7 p.m. and on November 14 at 2 p.m.. Tickets will be available at the door 30 minutes prior to show time. Tickets for adults are $8 and $5 for students and seniors. Children under five are free.
