Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Pequot Lakes will host monthly picnics with concerts in June, July and August.
These free events on Thursdays, June 17, July 15 and Aug. 19, will feature hot dogs, brats, salads and dessert bars in the parking lot (weather permitting). The picnics will start at 6 p.m. with music at 7 p.m.
The concert schedule is as follows:
- June 17: Bruce Archer. Archer is from Brainerd and plays a mix of Americana, bluegrass, blues, country, folk and everything in between.
- July 15: Maddy Braun. Braun a high school senior from Milaca who is making a name for herself as a singer/songwriter and Nashville recording artist. Visit www.maddybraun.com . She performs a mix of original songs, rock, country and blues.
- Aug. 19: The Wittenberg Doors. Dave Endicott and Chris Fogderud have shared their mix of original songs and covers with their eclectic blend of smooth vocals and tight harmonies.
