The Crosslake Art Club will host its 30th annual art club show Thursday-Saturday, Aug. 7-9, at the Crosslake Community Center. The title of the show is "Painting the Town."

Artists from the club will be painting around town, in the park or on sidewalks to let the public know about the show and to carry out the theme.

The club has about 30 artists participating in the show, showing their new artwork and some from the past.

Admission is free, and coffee and bars will be served. Door prizes of original art will be given away every half hour. There will be a gift shop where cards and other artwork will be sold.
