The Cass County Fair opens Thursday, June 26, at the fairgrounds in Pine River, and runs through Sunday, June 29. Following is a schedule of events:
Thursday, June 26: Agricultural Day
7-9 a.m.: Livestock final check-in and last time to register Open Class livestock.
8 a.m.-noon: Open Class exhibit judging.
8 a.m.-noon: Setup for commercial booths/exhibits.

Noon: Exhibit and commercial buildings open.
Noon: 4-H Goat Show (barns).
Daily: Grandma's Place, free kids' projects.
2-3 p.m.: 4-H public demonstrations.
4 p.m.: Carnival rides open.
4 p.m.: 4-H Rabbit Show (barns).
4 p.m.-midnight: Beer gardens open.
5 p.m.: Iron Chef Cook-off, Don Smith Building.

6-10 p.m.: Midway armband hours ($20 in advance, $25 at fair).
