You, and each of you, are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Plaintiff's attorneys an answer to the Complaint which is on file in the office of the Court Administrator of the above- named Court, within twenty (20) days after the service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of such service.
If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
You are further advised that this is an action to determine adverse claims to the following described real estate, situated in the County of Cass, State of Minnesota, to-wit:
That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Section 6, Township 137 North, Range 29 West, Cass County, Minnesota, lying Easterly of the Northeasterly right of way line of State Highway 371, and lying South of the North 300.00 feet of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; and lying North of the record plat of Norway Brook Addition to Pine River Village; and lying Westerly of the Westerly shoreline of Norway Brook.
