Notice is hereby given that the City of Breezy Point Planning Commission / Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter at Breezy Point City Hall, 8319 County Road 11, to consider the following;
Variance Application V-21-003 Leslie and Peter Schroeder 32656 Timberlane Point Breezy Point MN. Lots 5 & 6 and Part of Vacated Timberlane Point, Trotter-Cade. Parcel 10030563. General Development Lake. Zone R-2 requesting setback Variance from OHW (75') 40 ft. for Septic System and +- 20 ft. for 10 x 16 storage / workshop.
Subdivision Application 2021-002 Whitebirch Inc. Preliminary Plat of Phase 3 Whitebirch Village. CIC 1107 Whitebirch Village Outlot A. (10171407) Zoned Multifamily Residential R-4. 6 Duplex - 12 Units.
A notice relative to above listed request is sent to all property owners located within 350 feet of the applicant's property. Please share this information with your neighbor in the event that any property owner has been missed, or that our records are not correct.
