(Published in the Echo Journal, March 16, 2022, 1t.) ORDINANCE AMENDMENT SUMMARY CITY OF PINE RIVER On March 8, 2022, the Pine River City Council adopted Ordinance Amendment Number 01-22. Ordinance Amendment 01-22 modifies permitted and conditional uses for sections 5.3, 5.4, 5.5, 5.6, 5.7 of the City of Pine River Zoning Ordinance to allow other uses determined by the City Council to be of the same general character as the permitted and conditional uses above and found not to be detrimental to existing uses and the general public health, safety, and welfare. The ordinance amendment also increases maximum accessory structure size to 1,200 sqft as a permitted use. This notice is a summary of the Zoning ordinance amendments that were adopted by the City. A full copy of the amendment and the Zoning Ordinance are available upon request at City Hall. This amendment goes into effect upon publication. City of Pine River Terri Dabill
