ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF CROW WING IN DISTRICT COURT NINTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT Court File No. 18-CV-22-486 In Re the Matter of the Application of: Neil Maguire and Julie Maguire, To re-register the title to certain land described as follows: Lot Six (6), Block One (1) in the plat of Van Sickle Creek Estates, except all mineral rights therein TO: David N. Hughes and Beverly A. Hughes and all of the persons or parties, known or unknown, claiming any right, title, estate, interest or lien in or upon the above-described real estate: On receiving and filing the Report of the Examiner of Titles in the above-entitled matter. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that you, and all persons interested, appear before this Court on the 23rd day of March, 2022, at 9:30 o’clock A.M., and then, or as soon thereafter as said matter can be heard, show cause, if any there be, why this Court should not enter an Order: Directing the Registrar of Titles, Crow Wing County, Minnesota to cancel Certificate of Title No. 61127, and to issue in lieu thereof one new Certificate of Title thereof to Neil Maguire and Julie Maguire, as joint tenants with address at 10424 Zinran Avenue South, Bloomington, MN 55438, covering the above-described real estate, which new Certificate of Title shall be subject to the memorials of Document Nos. 102249, 109593, 109594, and 122872, but free of all other memorials on present Certificate of Title No. 61127. IT IS ORDERED that this Order be served: (a) at least ten (10) days prior to such hearing, upon the above-named parties residing in this State, in the manner provided by law for the service of Summons in a civil action; (b) it shall be served at least fourteen (14) days prior to such hearing upon any of the above-named non-residents by sending a copy of this Order to such non-resident at his post office address, by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested; and (c) it shall be served upon any party who cannot be found by two (2) weeks’ published notice, and by sending a copy of this Order at least fourteen (14) days prior to the hearing, by first class mail, to such party at his last known address, by sending another copy of this Order at least fourteen (14) days prior to this hearing, by first class mail, to his address as stated on the Certificate of Title, if no address is so stated.
