NOTICE OF HEARING
Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute 462, and the Crosslake Zoning Ordinance, you are hereby notified of a public hearing on the following land use application(s) before the City of Crosslake Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment on March 26, 2021 at 9:00 A.M. in the Crosslake City Hall, 13888 Daggett Bay Rd, Crosslake, MN 56442 (See website for any possible changes)
ON-SITES: The Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment members will be conducting on-site visits on March 25, 2021 for the March 26, 2021 Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment meeting. The board members and staff will be leaving the Crosslake City Hall at 9:00 A.M.
PETITION FOR AN AFTER-THE-FACT VARIANCE:
Brady J & Kimberly A Day: 37916 Forest Lodge Rd, City of Crosslake. To request an after-the-fact variance for bluff setbacks, a lake setback, retaining walls, walkways, patios, dirt, and water oriented accessory structure size.
PETITION FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT:
Brusseau Logistic, Inc. (Shannon): 36455 County Rd 3, City of Crosslake. To request a conditional use permit for commercial storage building/storage unit rental and amend 2017 CUP condition #7.
PETITION FOR A VARIANCE:
Larry M & Kim C Anderson: That part of Govt Lot 8, Milinda Shores Rd, City of Crosslake. To request a variance for setbacks to lake, road right-of-way and dwelling.
