Notice is hereby given that the City of Breezy Point Planning Commission / Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter at Breezy Point City Hall, 8319 County Road 11, to consider the following;
Conditional Use Application 2021-001 Kyle and Jean Tutsch 31738 Blue Ridge Drive Breezy Point MN 56472. Parcel 10080865 to construct 1440 sq. ft. accessory structure. Lots 11 & 12 Block 3 Whitebirch Sixteen. Zoning R-2.
Variance Application 2021-004 Richard Burback 30116 Circle Drive Breezy Point MN. Parcel 10210951. Lot 20 First Addition to Breezy Point Estates. Construct deck 16 feet from ROW Breezy Point Drive. Expansion of legal non conforming use and exceed 25% impervious coverage. Zoning R-3
