NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Pequot Lakes Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment will convene on Thursday, July 15, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 4638 Main Street, to conduct the following public hearings:
1.Application is for a Conditional Use Permit to convert existing office space into apartments in the Light Industrial Zoning Classification. Kirk and Michele Schnitker, applicants. Property is located at 30212 Rasmussen Road, Suites 1 - 3. Property ID is: 29140525.
2.Application is for a Conditional Use Permit to manufacture dumpsters as a commercial use in the Downtown Mixed Use Zoning Classification. Sibley MFG, LLC, applicant. Property is located at 4409 East Woodman Street. Property ID is: 29100510 and 29100969.
3.Application is for a Variance to exceed the maximum accessory structure size in the Urban Residential Zoning Classification. William Makowski and Sarah Blaeser, applicants. Property is located at 4153 Pillsbury Street. Property ID is: 29150654.
4.Application is for Final Plat of Hunter Ridge in the Forest Management Zoning Classification. John and Bonnie Hunter, applicants. Property is located at the corner of Akerson Road and Evenson Road. Property ID is: 29010508.
