You are hereby given notice that a hearing in respect to the above matter has been scheduled for hearing on July 7, 2021 at 10:00 AM in respect to the petition of Scott Folkers and Timothy Dahl to vacate a portion of the 'thoroughfare" in the plat of Whispering Pines adjacent to lots 11 and 12, Block 1 in in said plat located in Hiram Township, Cass County, Minnesota
The object of this action is to obtain an order and judgment for the vacation of that portion of said platted roadway as set forth in the petition on file in the Cass County Court Administrator's Office. Said portion of road has never been constructed and would traverse a wetland if so constructed.
The hearing will be by Zoom remote hearing. If you desire to participate you will need to contact the Cass County Court Administrator for the Zoom meeting login and password.
