Notice is hereby given that the City of Breezy Point Planning Commission / Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter at Breezy Point City Hall, 8319 County Road 11, to consider the following;
Conditional Use Application C-21-002 Whitebirch, Inc. 30297 Airport Road Breezy Point, MN 56472. Parcel 10160740 to construct 30' x 144' two story dormitory. Lot 1 Block 1 Breezy Point Resort M & H Complex. Zone (C) Commercial
