NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Pequot Lakes Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment will convene on Thursday, January 16, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 4638 Main Street, to conduct the following public hearings:
1. Application is to amend Conditional Use Permit to remove Condition #4 requiring the installation of a floor drain/sediment trap. Nathan Walberg, applicant. Property is located at 29349 Patriot Avenue. Property ID is: 290224100DA0889.
2. Application is for an Ordinance Amendment to allow Ground Mounted Solar. Curt Johnson, obo Jerry and Lois Akerson, applicant.
3. Application is for an Ordinance Amendment creating the Patriot Development Zone. City of Pequot Lakes, applicant.
4. Application is for an Ordinance Amendment regarding lighting in the Public Zone. City of Pequot Lakes, applicant.
All interested persons are invited to attend this hearing and be heard or send written comments to City Hall. Copies of the permit, maps, drawings and staff report are available at City Hall at least one week prior to the hearing date. Copies of the Staff Report regarding this application are available at City Hall or online at www.pequotlakes-mn.gov.
