CITY OF PINE RIVER NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Pine River City Council will convene for their regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, March 8th, 2022, beginning at 5:45 PM at City Hall (200 Front St. N) to conduct the following public hearing: Ordinance Amendment 01-22 regarding conditional uses. The proposed amendment modifies conditional uses in sections 5.3, 5.4, 5.5, 5.6, 5.7, to allow with an approved conditional use permit other commercial and/or residential uses determined by the City Council to be of the same general character as the permitted and conditional uses above and found not to be detrimental to existing uses and the general public health, safety, and welfare. Additional modifications are proposed to permitted and conditional uses for the above referenced sections. Applicant: City of Pine River.
