THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS:
You, and each of you, are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Plaintiff’s attorneys an answer to the Complaint which is on file in the office of the Court Administrator of the above- named Court, within twenty (20) days after the service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of such service.
If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
You are further advised that this is an action to determine adverse claims to the following described real estate, situated in the County of Cass, State of Minnesota, to-wit:
That part of Government Lot 1, Section 3, Township 141 North, Range 29 West, Cass County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of said Government Lot 1; thence South 88 degrees 29 minutes 04 seconds East, bearings are based on the south line of said Government Lot 1, along the south line of Government Lot 1, a distance of 518.00 feet to the point of beginning of the tract to be described; thence North 07 degrees 30 minutes 11 seconds East, a distance of 269.25 feet; thence North 06 degrees 15 minutes 29 seconds East, a distance of 33.44 feet; thence North 74 degrees 24 minutes 37 seconds West, a distance of 150.00 feet; thence North 06 degrees 16 minutes 39 seconds East, a distance of 200.41 feet; thence South 74 degrees 15 minutes 04 seconds East, a distance of 40.00 feet; thence North 15 degrees 44 minutes 56 seconds East to the intersection with the southerly shoreline of Leech Lake; thence southeasterly along said southerly shoreline to the intersection with the east line of said Government Lot 1; thence South 00 degrees 06 minutes 50 seconds West, along said east line to the intersection with the south line of said Government Lot 1; thence North 88 degrees 29 minutes 04 seconds West, along said south line, a distance of 725.59 feet to the point of beginning.
