Notice is hereby given that the City of Breezy Point Planning Commission / Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter at Breezy Point City Hall, 8319 County Road 11, to consider the following;
Variance Application V-2021-001 Michael Seide to construct structure in shore impact zone. Variance from OHW – Property located at 11987 Fawn Lake Road Breezy Point MN. Parcel 10010530. THAT PT OF GOV LOT 3 WHICH LIES S’LY OF THE S SHORE OF FAWN LAKE, WHICH LIES N’LY OF THE CENTER LINE OF THE TWP ROAD ALONG THE S’LY SHORE OF FAWN LAKE. Zoned Recreation Development Lake. RD
