NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
MONDAY, JANUARY 11, 2021

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
The Lake Shore Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment will hear the following applications at their regular scheduled meeting on Monday, January 11th at 9:00 AM by conference call because of the COVID-19 Pandemic and the peacetime state of emergency declared by Governor Tim Walz. All Planning Commission Members in attendance will appear by telephone with the exception of the Chairman who will facilitate the meeting as required by law. All votes shall be roll-call votes pursuant to Statute so that each Commission Member’s vote on each issue can be identified. Due to COVID 19, this meeting will be held by telephonic means. The dial in number is (218) 454-4000 with participant number 163400.
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT: John Allen requests a conditional use permit to construct a17,916 square foot structure meeting all setbacks and neighborhood commercial standards. The purpose of the structure is for private storage. The property is legally described as Lots 18-21, Block 12 Tingdale Brothers Sherwood Forest on Gull Lake. The property is zoned Neighborhood Commercial and the site address is 8449 Interlachen Road.

Please share this information with your neighbors in the event any property owners have been missed or that our records are not correct.
