Please take notice that Resort Real Estate Services Inc a Minnesota corporation with a registered office of 35197 S. Clamshell Drive, Pequot Lakes, MN 56472, is in the process of dissolving pursuant to Minnesota Statute 302A.727.
1. Notice of Intent to dissolve has been filed.
2. Notice of intent to dissolve was filed with the Minnesota Secretary of State on August 3, 2020.
3. Claims against the corporation, if any, must be presented to the corporation in writing on or before November 2, 2020 or other date as specified by law, and directed to David Moe, 8466 County Road 16, Pequot Lakes, MN 56472.
4. All claims by creditors or claimants must be received on or before 90 days from the date of first publication of this notice. Any creditor or claimant who fails to file a claim on or before November 1, 2020 (90 days from the date of first publication of this notice), and all those claiming through or under the creditor or claimant are forever barred from suing on that claim or otherwise realizing upon or enforcing it except as otherwise provided in Section 302A.781 of Minnesota Statutes.
