THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS:
You, and each of you, are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Plaintiffs' attorneys an answer to the Complaint which is on file in the office of the Court Administrator of the above named Court, within twenty (20) days after the service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of such service.
If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
You are further advised that this is an action to determine adverse claims to the following described real estate, situated in the County of Cass, State of Minnesota, to-wit:
All that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, Section 22, Township 142, Range 31, which lies West of SRH #34 and East of the North 50 feet of Lot 1 and Lot 2, Auditor’s Plat of Lot 5, said Section 22.
