CITY OF PINE RIVER NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR ROAD VACATIONS PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTE §412.851 TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the City of Pine River City Council will convene for their regular meeting on Tuesday, May 10, 2022, at 5:30 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall at 200 Front St. The Council will conduct the following public hearings: 1. Road Vacation. Request relating to the vacation of a public right-of-way. Requested vacation to include the roadway between River Street and Park Ave. In addition, a cul-de-sac is proposed to be constructed on the south end of River Street. All interested persons are invited to attend these hearings and be heard or send/drop off written comments to city hall at City Hall, 200 Front St, Pine River, MN 56474, Attn: City Clerk or clerk@cityofpineriver.org.
