Clyde Cielinski, Roosevelt Township, addressed Board regarding timber harvest plan for public land adjacent to his property.
Koering/Franzen - to direct staff to remove remaining bluff area from timber harvest plan for parcel 88290500. Motion Passed [Unanimous]

County Sheriff gave follow-up from last meeting re: 2020 statistics as reported by Medical Examiner. 84 cases were accepted by Medical Examiner & 63 were transported by Steversen Transport. Suicide calls for service received in 2020 from all agencies within Crow Wing County totaled 372.
Houge/Franzen - to authorize entering into grant program with MN Department of Health to implement & expand upon evidence based family home visiting program, specific to Strong Foundations framework, effective 04/01/21-06/30/22, with budget amount of $184,283, & 07/01/22-12/31/22, with budget amount of $75,000. Motion Passed [Unanimous]

Franzen/Houge - to recess regular session & convene to closed session for purpose of performance review for County Administrator Timothy Houle at 9:44 AM. Motion Passed [Unanimous]
