NOTICE OF REGULAR SALE OF TIMBER ON
FORFEITED LANDS
March 26, 2021 10:00 a.m.
Notice is given that pursuant to Chapter 282.04, Subdivision 1, Minnesota Statutes for the year 2006, as amended, The County shall sell to the highest bidder the timber on Tax Forfeited Lands WITHOUT the sale of the land, in Meeting Rooms 1 & 2 (Lower Level), of the Crow Wing County Land Services Building, 322 Laurel Street, City of Brainerd, Minnesota, County of Crow
Wing, State of Minnesota.
The sale of timber will be governed as to terms by the resolution of the Board of Commissioners authorizing the same, and is to commence at 10:00 a.m. on the 26th day of March, 2021.
