NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PETITION FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF CARTWAY
The Crow Wing County Board of Commissioners has scheduled a public hearing, pursuant to Minnesota Statute 164.07, for 9:05 AM on Tuesday, October 13, 2020, in the County Board Room, 3rd Floor, Historic Courthouse, Brainerd, MN.
The purpose of the public hearing is to consider establishing a cartway in Unorganized Territory Second Assessment District, as petitioned for by Nelson Preserve.
