Commissioner Franzen offered the following resolution and moved its adoption:
ATV ORDINANCE
AMENDMENT
WHEREAS, in accordance with Minnesota Statute 375.51, a Public Hearing was held on February 23, 2021, to consider an amendment to the ATV Ordinance (No. 0601).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Board of Commissioners of Crow Wing County, Minnesota, adopts the following amendment to the Ordinance Regulating Use of All Terrain Vehicles in County Road Right-of-Ways of Crow Wing County (No. 0601):
Add new 3.4 “No person shall operate an ATV in the bank or ditch within the right-of-way of County State Aid Highway 66 from the Junction of County State Aid Highway 3 in the City of Crosslake to the Junction of County State Aid Highway 1 in the City of Manhattan Beach.” and re-number previous 3.4 to 3.5.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED this Ordinance amendment shall be effective upon proper publication.
Resolution seconded by Commissioner Brekken, all aye. Resolution declared adopted.
