Open Forum - County Administrator read emails from Abby Geotz re: quarantining at seasonal rec properties; Nancy & Larry Austad, Bernie Penner, Zach Gaetz, Justin Granholm, Curtis Hall & Michael Starry, all re: support for Second Amendment Dedicated County Resolution.
Houge/Barrows - to approve Property Tax Hardship Penalty Waiver Process Proposal as on file. Motion Passed [Unanimous]
Barrows/Brekken - to approve reduction in liquor license fees for four months for renewal of period starting 07/01/20; to suspend ordinance language as it pertains to current taxes due on 05/15/20. Motion Passed [Unanimous]
Franzen/Houge - to put freeze on capital projects in Capital Improvement Plan that have not yet started or for equipment that has not yet been ordered for rest of year; to grant County Administrator authority to unfreeze them after July if finances allow. Motion Passed [Unanimous]
Franzen/Barrows - to authorize Chair to send letter to our legislative delegation expressing concerns re: number of recommendations related to State’s response to COVID-19 pandemic in our correctional system. Motion Passed [Unanimous]
