Pequot Lakes High School graduate Alexis (Visser) Gerst has released her first book, called "Leading Remote Teams: Embrace the Future of Remote Work Culture."

This book will take readers on a journey beyond average office leadership and into the high-performing realm of remote leadership. Gerst draws on her experiences leading technical teams before and during the pandemic to teach leaders how to embrace the technology available, improve work-from-home productivity, and maintain human connection in a remote work environment.

“Leading Remote Teams: Embrace the Future of Remote Work Culture” champions the future potential of remote work, explores the advantages of a workplace paradigm shift and delivers tactical tips for remote leaders to enable team success.
