The Central Lakes Rotary and Roundhouse Brewery will host a “Pints for Polio” event on Sunday, Oct. 24 - World Polio Day - at Roundhouse Brewery.
The event begins at 3 p.m., and will feature beer tasting, axe throwing and other activities in an effort to eradicate polio.
Roundhouse will donate $1 for the first 100 pints sold, and $2 per pint sold thereafter. Every dollar donated will be matched 2-to-1 by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
Axe-throwing tickets will cost $10 for 10 throws.
