Stabilization of some of the streets in the village began Wednesday, which promises to be a pleasant relief for the drivers of automobiles. The work of the Casper Construction is progressing quite rapidly despite the fact they were forced to close operations in the northeast section of the village as water flowed into the trenches faster than they could dig and lay pipe.
