(Headline) Geese loiter on airport runways, Refuge owner told he is responsible

Right, Canada geese like these have been causing problems at the Pine River Airport. These geese, some of their wings clipped so they can't fly, were wandering on the runways, forcing pilots to circle overhead until the geese moved.

(Photo) An Aug. 12 storm brought down this tree in Pine River resident Alison Amy Stephens' yard. Stephens said that trees have fallen at her rental properties or her home during three storms this summer.
