The second annual Out of the Darkness walk to raise support for and awareness of suicide prevention was held Saturday, Oct. 13, at Grand View Lodge in Nisswa.
Jeri Borgwarth, whose husband, Dennis, died by suicide in 2014, organized the event for suicide-loss survivors.
The Oct. 13 event attracted 250 participants and 22 teams and raised $26,000 to support the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
