The Nisswa Women's Club will meet at 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 19, on the patio at the Northland Arboretum in Brainerd.
The meeting theme is "Let Us Entertain You." The meeting will celebrate the last month of summer with music and humor. First will be an earring/jewelry exchange where attendees may bring a piece of jewelry they own and exchange it for something someone else is offering.
There will be a collection for donations for the food shelf. Rebecca Timmins, actor and musician, will provide music while club members will provide the humor.
Anne Laufman will offer the inspiration and Karen DeVries, president, will lead a short business meeting. The Nominations Committee will present officer nominations for 2022.
A box lunch will be served. The charge for the luncheon is $20. Members may also pay their annual dues for 2022 of $20.

The club requests that unvaccinated attendees wear masks. Vaccinated guests are encouraged to wear masks if they need to enter the building for any reason.
