The Lions Club 5M9 Mid Winter Convention was recently held at Cragun’s Resort, where the Nisswa Lions Club won the Public Relations Contest, taking first place and earning a traveling trophy.

The Nisswa Lions Club highlighted its first Purse and Tool Belt Bingo that was held last May. Proceeds from that event went toward diabetic education. Diabetes is one of the global causes that is supported by Lions Clubs from all over the world.

The Nisswa Lions will host their second annual Purse and Tool Belt Bingo on Saturday, May 9.
