Wind chills were well below 20 degrees below zero, but people still did their best to enjoy some sunshine during Nisswa's annual Winter Jubilee on Saturday, Feb. 13.

Snow sculptures, for the most part, took on a dinosaur motive, with groups creating detailed prehistoric depictions outside of Nisswa businesses. The snow sculpture theme was Jurassic Times.

COVID-19 restrictions halted certain Jubilee traditions like the parade and live entertainment, but others like the wood-splitting contest, bean bag tournament and medallion hunt proceeded as usual, as did the Nisswa Fire Department's Ice Fishing Derby on Sunday, Feb. 14.
