The Nisswa Area Historical Society will sponsor Historic Hauntings, an outdoor Halloween event for the community, Saturday, Oct. 24, at the Pioneer Village.
The child-friendly, non-scary event will be from 6-7:30 p.m., where kids age 10 and younger can play games and win candy and prizes.
At 8 p.m., the scary fun time begins at the grounds of the Pioneer Village for those old enough to handle a good scare.
Cost is a $2 donation each with all profits from this event going to the Outreach Program of Brainerd Lakes.
Masks and physical distancing will be expected, and the number of participants on the grounds at a time will be regulated. Visit the Nisswa Area Historical Society Facebook page for updates.
